We process these requests between 9am-5.00pm Monday to Friday, except for UK bank holidays. It will take up to five working days for funds to be credited to your bank account.

Note: For security purposes, we can only transfer funds back to the UK bank account linked to your Kuflink account. Any fees incurred to process a withdrawal transaction must be absorbed by the customer. Please check with your bank on any potential fees you may incur.
